The Thanksgiving slate is a staple among the NFL community. It was one of the most fun days to sit around stuffing your face with delicious food, make bets or DFS lineups, and sweat those all day long. This year the games include some “interesting” matchups. The Lions take on the Bears in the early game. The Packers are on the Dolphins in the late game. And sandwiched in between that is the wonderful matchup of Cooper Rush vs Tommy DeVito, Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants.
Even if those games seem a little ugly, there is money to be won. Let’s take a look at some of my favorite bets for week 13 in the NFL.

CeeDee Lamb Over 67.5 receiving yards
This is a tough one to get on board with, mainly because Cooper Rush will be the Quarterback throwing the passes needed to hit this over prop. However, in the last two games with Rush, Lamb has 12 targets in each of those games. He has turned those 24 targets into 18 catches for 160 yards. Rush isn’t dumb. He knows where his bread is buttered. This is also a favorable matchup against the Giants, who look like they have called it a season. The Daniel Jones debacle seemed to affect the team, including star rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers, calling out the organization after the game. The Giants’ defense also gives up completions at one of the highest rates in the NFL. They also hurry the QB at one of the lowest rates in the NFL. This is a game that should feature Lamb in a really good matchup.
Devon Achane Over 30.5 receiving yards
Achane has taken over the lead role in this Miami backfield. He has had 18 opportunities (Targets plus rushes) in every one of his last six games, but one. Achane is an explosive athlete and has the capability to take any play the distance. Miami is currently a 3.5 underdog to the Packers which should favor a passing script for Achane. Additionally, the Packers have given up more than 31 receiving yards to running backs in each of their last four games of the year. I like Achane to pass this number, and I also like him as DFS play if you are into that sort of thing as well.
Eagles +2.5 over the Ravens
This is a matchup of two of the best offenses in the NFL. The Ravens are coming off a convincing win against the Chargers on Monday night football, and the Eagles are coming off a convincing win against the Rams. The Eagles are looking like serious contenders in not only the NFC, but the NFL. They have gotten better every week, and specifically, their defense and their rookies in the secondary have started to play significantly better since the start of the season. The Ravens’ offense has been great this year, but their defense has some serious flaws. Their run defense is stout, but their pass defense is terrible. Per EPA, they are the third-worst passing defense in the NFL. The Eagles are only a middling passing offense, but they have the weapons in AJ Brown, Saquon Barkley, Dallas Goedert, and Jalen Hurts. Barkley is also a threat to break a long run at any moment. There is an argument to be made that he is the NFL Offensive Player of the Year this year. He has been awesome. Give me Barkley and the Eagles over the Ravens.
