It’s an amazing feat that a sport with the fewest games per season manages to keep fans intrigued all year. It’s the perfect analogy for the principle of less is more, as having only 17 regular-season games amplifies every training camp throw, tackle, rookie, and injury.

That’s why, as we get knee deep into training camp, it’s time to pay attention to 2025 NFL regular season totals, NFL futures, and even NFL Week 1 odds. We’ve already covered every team in the American Football Conference (AFC); now we’re on to the most up-to-date National Football Conference (NFC) training camp info.

Dallas Cowboys

Focus has been on quarterback Dak Prescott after a hamstring injury cut his 2024 season to eight games. So far, he’s been healthy in training camp, even running for a first down when passing lanes are closed.
The same can’t be said for star corner Trevon Diggs. Diggs is still rehabbing from knee surgery; he remains on the physically unable to perform list.

Current Odds:

  • +4000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 7.5

New York Giants

Based on his training camp performance, it’s doubtful first-round QB Jaxson Dart sees the field in 2025. Russell Wilson is firmly entrenched as QB1, while Dart has been up and down throughout camp, swapping second-team reps with Jameis Winston.
Defensively, No. 3 pick Abdul Carter has been a monster, regularly getting in the backfield.

Current Odds:

  • +25000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 5.5

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles have approached training camp not as reigning Super Bowl champions but as a 0-0 team with something to prove. They’re approaching every snap as if the 2024 Super Bowl season has been erased, and it’s paying dividends in camp. It took until the fourth practice for 2024 Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurtz to throw his first interception. Overall, the offense has been humming.

Current Odds:

  • +750 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 11.5

Washington Commanders

Is a sophomore slump possible for QB Jayden Daniels and the Commanders’ offense? So far, the defense has given the offense problems throughout camp. A key reason is that the secondary, Washington has improved their group in that regard, and the receivers are having trouble finding separation.

That said, receiver Terry McLaurin is with the team but hasn’t been on the field due to a contract dispute.

Current Odds:

  • +2000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 9.5

Chicago Bears

Overall, second-year QB Caleb Williams and the Bears offense have had an up-and-down camp. However, Colston Loveland, the rookie tight end drafted 10th overall, has been a consistent bright spot. Loveland’s been a great crutch both as a blocker and receiver for Williams, and their chemistry has grown each practice.

Current Odds:

  • +4500 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 8.5

Detroit Lions

Star edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson has looked solid in camp after last season’s leg injury that ended his year early. Lions media report that Hutchinson has “looked violent,” while veteran nose tackle DJ Reader has also been a presence on the defensive line. Together, they could anchor a formidable front as the Lions gear up for another postseason run.

Current Odds:

  • +1100 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 10.5

Green Bay Packers

Packers camp has been “Golden” so to speak. Rookie receiver Matthew Golden has been consistently beating corners with route running and elite speed. QB Jordan Love has already been relying on the rookie to make plays.
It’s a good sign the Packers made the right choice when they drafted a first-round receiver for the first time since 2002.

Current Odds:

  • +2200 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 9.5

Minnesota Vikings

Second-year QB J.J. McCarthy has quieted arm strength concerns in Vikings camp, but his performance has been inconsistent. He’s shown flashes but struggled against a defense that regularly pressures him, including a rough red zone showing on July 29, completing just 3 of 11 attempts.

Current Odds:

  • +2200 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 8.5

Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons’ passing attack took a hit Saturday as WR Darnell Mooney suffered a shoulder injury that will sideline him for several weeks. Head coach Raheem Morris remained non-committal about Mooney’s Week 1 status, a troubling development for a team already thin at wide receiver.

Current Odds:

  • +8000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 8.5

Carolina Panthers

The signs early in camp are that the Panthers got a true No. 1 wide receiver in first-round pick Tetairoa McMillan. McMillan has made several spectacular catches in camp, including a diving catch with the ball thrown well behind him on Wednesday.

Current Odds:

  • +18000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 6.5

New Orleans Saints

The Saints gave second-round rookie Tyler Shough a lengthy stint as the first-team QB early in camp, hoping he’d run away with the opportunity. But for the most part, he’s been gun-shy and erratic and is now getting third-team reps with the team.

Current Odds:

  • +30000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 5.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay’s defense has been in top form throughout camp, partially due to the emergence of rookie corners Jacob Parish and Benjamin. Parish has been a versatile chess piece both inside and outside, while Morrison recently notched his first INT of training camp against QB Baker Mayfield.

Current Odds:

  • +3300 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 9.5

Arizona Cardinals

Tight end Trey McBride emerged as a 1,100-yard tight end in 2024, and it appears it was no fluke. He’s been a playmaker in camp, recently catching several passes in coverage from QB Kyler Murray.

Current Odds:

  • +8000 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 8.5

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams may have found another star wide receiver. Konata Mumpfield, a seventh-round rookie, has been getting rave reviews in camp. The Rams recently released veteran Cooper Kupp, and Demarcus Robinson signed with San Francisco, so if Mumpfield can prove to be reliable, it fills a big hole on offense.

Current Odds:

  • +1600 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 9.5

San Francisco 49ers

With Bradon Aiyuk still sidelined with a knee injury from last season, and Jauan Jennings and Jacon Cowing both dealing with leg issues in camp, the 49ers are desperate for game-changing WR talent. At least second-year wideout Ricky Pearsall is off the PUP list; the 49ers are going to ease him in slowly.

Current Odds:

  • +1600 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 10.5

Seattle Seahawks

Despite some social media buzz and an excellent Madden 26 speed rating, second-round QB Jalen Milroe remains in a third-string role with the Seahawks. Milroe has had his highlights but has also had some back-breaking mistakes, including a pick-six to second-round safety Nick Emmanwori. While the staff is happy with his progress, QB Sam Darnold is firmly entrenched as Q1.

Current Odds:

  • +5500 to win Super Bowl LX
  • Regular Season Total is 8.5
